Terms of Service

1. Who we are

TradeSmartClub (“we”, “us”, the “Service”) is a trading journal and analysis tool operated by TradeSmart Club, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. We are not a broker, we do not execute trades, and we do not manage money.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

3. Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly at support@tradesmart.club if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Free trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access. No card is required and the trial does not automatically charge you — it simply ends after 7 days, after which you can subscribe to continue.

5. Subscription and billing

• The subscription is $20 per month, billed through our payment processor, Stripe.
• It renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply to future billing periods.

6. Cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel anytime from your Account page. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• Because the Service is a digital product accessed immediately and a free trial is provided to evaluate it, monthly fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Cancelling stops future charges.
• Nothing here removes rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

7. Affiliate programme

• Referrers can earn 50% recurring commission on the subscriptions of members they refer, paid via Stripe.
• Commissions may be reversed if the referred payment is refunded, disputed or charged back.
• You are responsible for any taxes on commissions you earn.
• No spam, misleading claims, or self-referrals. We may withhold or reverse commissions for abuse.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: sharing your account, scraping or copying the platform, reverse-engineering it, attempting to bypass the paywall, or using it for anything unlawful.

9. AI features

The AI coach and trade-review features generate informational output that may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are tools to help you reflect on your own trading — they are not advice and must not be relied on as such.

11. Intellectual property

We own the platform, brand and content. You own the trade data and notes you enter, and you grant us the permission needed to store and process them to provide the Service.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You can close your account at any time.

14. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
